During my transit stay at Mezzanine Hotel in Odesa, I found the hotel's reception to be incredibly helpful. They were able to order tickets for any interesting event in the city, as well as arrange train, plane, and bus tickets for me. This convenience made my travel planning so much easier. the hotel's location was quite convenient as it was only 2.2 km from Odessa, allowing for easy access to the city.

The room I stayed in was extremely narrow, limiting the space for two people to comfortably move around, apart from the bed.

I booked big and fairly quiet room with ac. The decor was beautiful and the staff were helpful and excellent. Location: the hotel was near historic city centre, other sightseeing and the airport.

This place was really up-to-date and the staff was super friendly 😊. Plus, it's located really close to the center, which was very convenient.

I recently stayed at Mezzanine Hotel for a few days. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering me a more comfortable room and assisting with any queries or issues. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city center close to restaurants and shops. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Additionally, the option to leave my baggage after check-out was very convenient.

The hotel is in a prime location, right in the heart of the city center. It is close to downtown, within walking distance of the Opera House. The rooms are comfortable, with narrow but comfortable beds. There are big lockers available for storing belongings. The hotel provides big towels free of charge.

The cleanliness in the bathrooms could be improved.

My room was spotless, and I loved having my own shower right in there! 🚿

The staff is nice and friendly, best location, nearby services and places. Wonderful clean and cozy room, with a big bed, tea bags, and microwave. Taisiya, the administrator, is helpful and fulfilled all of my requests. Super easy check-in, early check-in, comfortable lobby, and outside sitting area. Perfect location, close to everything important in Odessa. Provided amenities like a hairdryer and more.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed, a work table, and a wardrobe. I loved that there was a flat-screen TV with an Android smart set-top box, so I could enjoy my favorite shows and movies. The free Wi-Fi was a great addition, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The private bathroom was well-equipped with a shower, cosmetics, a hairdryer, and a set of towels. The room was also spacious enough to accommodate my mobility aid, making it convenient for guests with disabilities like me.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the two-level rooms. But I understand that others may enjoy the novelty of having different sleeping levels.

Unbeatable city center location, mind-blowing industrial-chic design, super friendly and helpful staff, jaw-droppingly clean, great price!

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase as it provides Coaches and psychologists believe that field training is much more efficient than native office walls. Daily housekeeping and the availability of desks were convenient for my work.

I missed having access to a fully-equipped business center for my work needs.

The hotel facilities were clean, well-equipped, and nicely designed. the location of the hotel was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a relaxing stay.

The hotel pleasantly surprised me with their reception's ability to order tickets to any event in the city and the managers' willingness to help me choose activities according to my preferences and free time. Additionally, I enjoyed the comfortable lounge area, bicycle rental, and free WiFi offered at Mezzanine.
